To provide exceptional guest satisfaction in the Silvertip Golf Shop Guest Services area through the delivery of superior customer service standards. To greet guests before, during and after their round – service specialist have the opportunity to fill key roles in our service delivery.

Golf Course Ambassadors / Starters | Apply Now

Your role will to be an on-course diplomat of Silvertip while simultaneously encouraging guests to adhere to Silvertip’s pace of play standards. To greet guests at the first tee, orient them to the area, introduce relevant rules and regulations, and ensure all groups begin play at the appropriate starting time.
